    Live Cohort Terms & Conditions

    Terms & Conditions

     

    Effective date: August 27, 2025

    Provider: Steepmeadow Solutions LLC, operating as 365 Copilot Training ("Steepmeadow")

    Participant: The individual purchasing a seat ("You")

    Program: 365 Copilot Training cohort ("Program")

    Cohort Dates: September 16 - October 10, 2025

    By purchasing a seat, you agree to these Terms.


    1) Enrollment & Access

    • Your purchase grants one person access to the Program sessions, community, and recordings for your cohort's duration.
    • Steepmeadow may verify identity and may refuse/terminate access if Terms are violated.

    2) Training Environment & Data Responsibility

    • Sessions occur in Steepmeadow's training tenant. Do not paste confidential, sensitive, or personal corporate data during exercises. You're responsible for the content you share.

    3) Recordings & Consent

    • Live sessions are recorded and shared within your cohort. By joining, you consent to recording and understand your name, voice, image, and chat may appear in the recording.

    4) Materials & License

    • Slides, guides, and templates are Steepmeadow IP. We grant you a personal, non‑transferable license to use Program materials for your own work. No redistribution, resale, or public posting without written consent. Your license will be active in the Steepmeadow tenant for one month from the program start date (until November 16, 2025).

    5) Code of Conduct

    • Be respectful. No harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior. Steepmeadow may remove participants who violate this, without refund beyond the posted policy.

    6) Scheduling & Changes

    • Steepmeadow may reschedule sessions, adjust instructors, or update content to improve quality or address operational needs. If the entire Program is cancelled, your sole remedy is a refund or transfer (your choice).

    7) Disclaimers (plain‑English)

    • We provide training and guidance; results depend on your environment and usage. We don't guarantee specific outcomes.

    8) Limitation of Liability

    • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Steepmeadow's total liability for any claim related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for your seat; no indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).

    9) No Professional Advice

    • Content is for educational purposes and not legal, financial, HR, or compliance advice. You should consult your own advisors before acting on Program content.

    10) Privacy

    • We handle participant information to operate the Program (enrollment, communications, access, and recordings).

    11) Payment & Taxes

    • Payment is due at purchase through the storefront. Price does not include sales tax. Most states do not tax live classes conducted by Steepmeadow Solutions LLC operating as 365 Copilot Training, but if sales tax is required by law it will be added to the price.

    12) Transfers, Refunds & No‑Shows

    • See the Refund & Transfer Policy below.

    13) Force Majeure

    • Neither party is liable for delays/failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., outages, illness, natural events). We'll communicate and reschedule where feasible.

    14) Governing Law & Venue

    • State of Texas, without regard to conflicts principles.

    15) Miscellaneous

    • Changes. We may update Terms for future cohorts; the version at your purchase time governs your seat.
    • Severability. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
    • Assignment. You may not assign your seat except via the substitution policy below.

    Refund & Transfer Policy

    • Refund window: Full refund up to 7 days before the program start date (until September 9, 2025).
    • Inside 7 days: No refunds, but you may transfer your seat once to a future cohort of equal value at no cost.
    • After program start / no‑shows: No refunds; you'll receive session recordings and cohort resources.
    • Substitutions: You may transfer your seat to another person any time before September 16, 2025 by emailing support with the new participant's name and contact information.
    • Rescheduling/cancellation by us: If we reschedule or cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.
    • How to request: Email hrsharpless@steepmeadow.com from the purchase email and include your order number.
